  1. i would go with a slider rig, finesse worms, small grubs, finesse/spider jigs..
  2. man, i can't go as light as some of you guys. i use 8# sunline bass special, a copolymer with the diameter of 2# mono. coupled with the ray scott reel and a stiff 6'6 team daiwa rod.
  3. lol, you shoulda just slapped him, dude. you wouldve felt so much better afterwards.

  5. what i don't understand is how someone can take credit for this..dude when you buy "eaker shakers" they come in a little package...on the back of the package it clearly states to use them in conjunction with a bunch of lures, including jigs. so what gives.
  6. avid - if the jigs you are throwing are in the heavier range, say 3/8 to 1 oz, on a baitcaster, then thats power fishing in its purest form. i prefer flipping and pitching heavy cover over anything, but i love me a good finesse jig (1/16-1/4 oz) on a spinning set up when i fish a river or creek..
  7. i prefer to power fish, though i readily switch to a light spinning outfit and throw a slider worm, senko, or finesse jig when conditions call for it.
  8. also LOL @ the chatterbait spinning.
  9. LOL @ the pwning bestowed upon earthworm77 by owtie. dude, an eaker shaker is no secret. it's been around for years. the eaker shaker wiggles along like a lame mini-crankbait, while a chatterbait thumps like a rat-L-trap on steroids. two totally different baits. the eaker shaker can't hold a candle to the chatterbait, imo.
