  3. aprw1, you are right, I probably should.
  4. Nice! I'm thinking that maybe you should make up some more of those brush jigs and send them out to everyone, looks like they rocked it for you!
  5. Dude, I love it! And I know you guys don't hear it enough, but thank you for serving!
  6. I have heard some people say that playing a stereo in your boat will scare fish away. I have heard people say that if it is quiet it won't matter. I have also heard people say that it does not matter at all, it won't bother the fish. Thoughts?
  7. For those of you with bass boats, how do you store rods on the water? Do you use an organizer in your rod locker or just use rod socks and pile them in?
  8. Fireline, but I also use it on almost a dozen rods. I go through a LOT of line when I re-spool everything! I have a local shop that gives me a break on it when I buy that much.
  9. I will put it all on my spoll, but I buy my line in bulk, much cheaper that way.
  10. X2. I have silica packets in everyone of my plano boxes.
  11. So you guys don't worry about your electronics draining your crank battery throughout the day? Even with 2 fish finders running all day?
  12. That is what I currently do anyways!
  13. If you want a good spinning rod for that kind of money that needs to last try out a Shimano Clarius, around $70 for a 7'2" or a 6'8" med/heavy fast action, and those will cover a lot of different baits for you. Plus they have a lifetime warranty! Tight lines. Matthew
  14. I have four small children that often go fishing with me, so for me WARRANTY is another big factor! I agree with Papajoe, I already know exactly what I want before I walk in. Tight lines. Matthew
  15. Does anyone have a good set of instructions for making your own rod locker rod holders? I know that people make them using golf tubes but I can't find good plans or descriptions... Tight lines. Matthew
  16. Should I be contecting my fish finders to my cranking battery or to my trolling motor batteries? Tight lines, Matthew
