Hey felix do they have a better selection than the dicks at crossgates? I was gonna go up there Saturday but if the selection sucks I would rather just go to dicks

I use a 1/0 or 1 vmc Ds hook with 8 lb floro, I was using a 6'8" Fenwick techna av Mf rod and a quantum smoke pti 25 reel but I traded it for a small boat. My new rig is a gl3 with a soron stx reel. When I feel a bite I reel slow and lift the rod slowly, I get pretty good hooksets this way.

Its not hard to switch between the two. I use my kingfisher every now and then. For what it's worth I love my stx's, never had a problem and handle saltwater and sand like a champ too:)

Sorry I usually use my vendetta rod with the revo burner. I picked the rod up at walmart for 20.00 a while ago and i really like it.I use this combo for cranks and spinner baits.

I use the same crank baits with a stx burner. I use 30lb power pro I haven't lost a single fish.

This time of year in New York all I use is roboworms. Texas rigged or dropshot. Aaron's magic is my favorite color
