Thanks Matt! I hear you on the efficiency deal. I ended up making the same hourly wage on these as I did in construction, so I was really happy. But that was just these , ya know. A big batch was a god send. I did take the time to make as many jigs (not the fishing kind, the pattern kind) for these as I could, took quite a bit of time to make them, but by the time I finished the first 15, I was probably back to even. Wood is a nightmare for producing in quantity, urethane is looking really good right now. I love my little IWATA though, talk about a tool that immediately skyrocketed my abilities. Anybody that is doing this with a sub par brush needs to get a good one!

maxdal, just saw your question. Well, they are 3/0 and the bends are actually pushing the limit for what is allowable in freshwater in California. a 3/0 owner really is a big hook, they've just got a giant bait on top of them

That is actually what I am using ronnie, but I made the mistake of not supporting the shaft, so they are wreaking havoc on the gear box. Probably need a new one, oh well live and learn
