I am still struggling with wanting to buy a Tatula Type R. I have been looking into them for some time. I hear so many great things about them. What scares me is that I have never see no many reels that are hardly used being sold by owner. To me this seems to indicated they are not happy with them. Your feelings on this?

Everything works great. I use swing heads and Jika Rigs with any soft plastic.

My absolute most productive bait. I use a Eagle Claw Lazer Weighted Swimbait 60 Degree Hook 1/8 to 1/4. Use it like a jig. I let it settle on the bottom, shake it, hop it, drag it and swim it in, My favorites is the Swing Impact FAT 3,8 or 4.8 in Bluegill Flash. Totally weedless.

I use 6th Sense or Eagle Claw.

What is the general opinion on the best color braid for general all around use. By that I mean water that is clear, stained dirty, etc. I am consider camo or maybe ghost. What are your thoughts? By the way. no leader used.

That's hollow body not soft body. But it does float. I want a solid frog like Zman.

That's what I mean. Also Stanley and others are great but when you pause them they sink. Zman are good floaters but don't have the weight that others do.

Just get 40 or 50lb if you are new to it. That will solve the problem you are having. Line dia is on the site and on the spool box.
