Went out Saturday for about three hours and had two hook ups with one making it to the boat. Sunday went out for about 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes my outboard broke, trailer wench broke, trolling motor bracket broke and got a crankbait stuck in my hand. Tried using the line trick and pliers (bent the hook while it was still in my finger) and couldnt get it out. I got to spend some time in the E.R. but I had a cute nurse and an awesome pic of the x-ray.

Fishing in the river has been tough this year. Im curious how all this rain is gonna effect the rez.

Some are just as courteous on land. Launching out of LRP sucks on weekdays. Crew teams double park in the trailer spots and use the ramp for exercises and to stretch on. Its disrespectful.

The coach wouldnt tell me but it was the third or fourth time that day that i was almost hit. Im considering calling up the school board for both fairfax and prince william county and dealing with the issue as a whole.

I had a "nice talk" with a coach after his boat was within 5 feet of my boat and I had to beach mine to avoid a collision. He declined the offer to meet up in the parking lot after to "discuss" the incident.

1.) A few years back I muffed up a cast and landed my T rig in a up in a tree. The hook got caught on a branch so I yanked it free sending a 3/8oz bullet sinker straight into my brothers nards. 2.)Fish finder transducer ripped off during a trip last season leaving 2 nice holes in the transom of the boat. It was 1/8 mile to the ramp as the water got to be about an inch deep at the center bench of the jon boat. 3.) Watched two crew team (large 12 person row boats) boats hit each other dumping 24 people into the middle of the lake.

Went out the past two days and theyve been bitting pretty well. Best five today went for about 15 pounds in 5 hours.

nice bro. sounds like they're spawning now. Try using a bluegill color reaction bait or swimbait. They usually hit it harder then the normal plastics.

Went out today. Didnt catch anything. Asked another group of people and they said they only caught a 15 incher after 5 hours. Sounds like it was a tough day all around.
