  1. How to fish a jig when you are casting out and not sight fishing ? How to work it?
  2. google earth is your best friend
  3. Ok thanks, ill give it a try soon
  4. So i have this nice spinnerbait that lost its skirt on a snag of some sort, so i decided not to let the nice lure go to waste just because of a skirt, i put on a plastic trailer (mr crappie joker) and it looks interestingly enticing. What are your opinions:
  5. I'm going to catch that record soon! And I'm letting that beauty swim another day
  6. Try putting the camera on your head, it's annoying for the viewer when it's on your chest, we can barely see the fight or what's going on
  7. This means they are in the spawn, not pre spawn, the only reason they will have to bite now is to defend the bed, try pulling a jig onto their bed, let it sit, get them interested, jig it a bit, repeat. Same thing is happening to me, and tonight's a full moon so they are spawning heavily
  8. Based on the photo I would give it between 4-5 pounds no more but maybe less

  10. The fish here were biting around a week ago, but now they are slowing down for the spawn. Don't bother with lake fishing, target smaller ponds
  11. many saltwater lures work fine for largemouth bass, some actually are some of my best lures
  12. opps double post somehow, my mistake
  13. that's why im looking for a weedless lure
  14. Topwater hasn't worked here yet, the bass aren't quite ready it seems. And its chilly out 45 degrees
  15. 20 lb braid enough? Its all i've got
  16. Besides topwater. Needs to be weedless like a senko, these pads are thick
  17. Adminstrators, Please delete this thread, Thank you
  18. I am addicted already - to fishing, now this will make my addiction even worse haha
  19. Texas rigged is the way to go. It doesn't need a weight, senko provides enough. Wacky rig is okay, but its not very weedless
  20. Got my first fish on a jig today! Terminator pro series jig w/ a craw trailer. Decent fish, she nailed it in reaction to it landing on her spawning bed. 16 in, 2 lb 8 oz.
  21. NY State 7.0 lbs / 11.25 lbs = .62222222 .62222 * 100 = 62.2! Good score i guess, more than halfway to the state record!
  22. Yea they are very cool. There are thousands of little eggs on that first bed, its hard to see in the video but its cool!
