Are most other fishing shows staged catches?

that's cool, people used to do that into my lake, but they brought muskies in that ate all the bass, so they had police and some high tec fisherman go out and cath em', they took em' outta our lake and don't know what they did with em'.

I still don't get how birds do this? :-?

They stock em'. Throw in babies and they grow. My lake does it every 5 years or so, since in the winter time, ever 5 years or so they lower it all the way for repairs, that's what they did this year, no wonder I ain't hittting anything.

Pumpkin is my usally color, I hit every bass with it! But orange isn't the best this early in the year IMHO.

O ok, sorry for my little rage on you, I am a bit protective when someone bashes or sounds like their bashing the sport.

I think it's still to early for big fish, I havn't even got a bite and usually I don't come off the water empty handed, well not catching anything.

backoff buddy, hockeys the only real sport other than fishing!!! YOu ever try skating on 1/16th piece of steel on a 2inch think piece of ice? THat's my home sport so don't mess. Other than that, here in NJ, I have iO and have never seen it.

I am using a red hood, t-rigged gary yogomato worms. Usually work great but their not today.

Alone, usually because I just go where I want to go and I am stubborn when someone else tells me where to go. Plus if he thinks I am a bad driver, he won't shutup the whole time. I don't like sharing my fishing secrets either with just anyone.

I jsut spent 11:30am till just now fishing in my lake, not even a bite. The water is about 40ish and it's like high 50's outside. I am using rumer worms becasue that's what they bite here. Any help?

8-10 lbs is my goal this year. I hope I can do it!!

Is it too early go go out fishing for bass or do they like it a bit warmer lake? I say it's about 60F outside.

I ahte fishing for catfish, love catching em' but horrible when you have to hold em' as I am afriad to get spiked/stund by em'. I hold em' by the grill when I catch them though.

d**n', what lakes are you guys fishing in? In my two lakes(one in my back yard and one across the street!!!) the biggest is like 6-7 lbs. It's just a man made lake, 2 miles around em'. Resivours(sp?) around me have much bigger fish, muskies and all but I just go bass fishing, as I only have a small boat with electric motor, I don't have the cash to get a trialer for my bay fishing boat(at my beach house).

I see you are 15 right now. Well, welcome to the real world, son! A job is a good thing for many other reasons than just the money. It teaches responsibility, accountablity, how to manage time, how to manage your money, how to priorotize the important things in life.,...like fishing! ehh, I hate working, as I am too young to have a real job, I have a lawn cutting business for my neighborhood, hard work, but the $ pays off with my new rods I can get and reels too. Bu I feel like when I get a really nice new rod &/or reel, people think I am spoiled even if I tell them I paid for it myself.
