sorry yall, i didn't think about all the specs to the rod i'll be using. I will be using a 6'6"medium action rod and will be flipping shaky heads and sencos, the lake i will be fishing is lake Norman a few other lakes around there like Wylie, Mtn. Island, and possibly High Rock

Ive been thinking about using braid on my spinning reels and using a flourocarbon leader, which line sizes should i use for both types?

Hey every one, I'm loking for a good deep crankin rod for under $120. On another forum their saying the Wright& MCgill Skeet Reese rod and Quantum KVD signature series cranking rod are terrible. Are their any good deep 7-10 or 7-11 cranking rods for under $ 120- $ 150?
