Most of the time when someone notices me or my dad fishing there dock they just ignore us and sometimes they will walk out on there dock and root for us to catch one. There has only been one time when someone didn't want us to fish at there marina. We told her it was public water and we had the right to fish there as long as we didn't touch the dock or the boats. And thats what we did with out touching the dock or any boats. And if people are on there dock we just ignore them and keep fishing unless they start talking to us. But most people don't care if we fish there dock.

I wear a long sleeve shirt, long pants, and a buff whenever I fish.

My little sister likes collecting all of my old beat up plastic worms. So I had a bunch of old sencos that I thought shed like to play with and I gave them to her. Well she took a bunch of to the neighborhood pool and left a green pumpkin black senco right next to the water. Well, the next day two older people came with their grandson, and he ran to it a yelled,"Oh, look a slug!" The grandpa went over to it, while the grandma was freaking out, started poking at with his kife and cut it in half. A few min. later, the kid went over to it and picked up and started chasing his grandma with it! The grandma made him throw it in the bushes. That had to be the funniest thing fishing related Ive seen in a while!

I caught my first bass on a red/white Strike King spinner bait.

I've been throwing a C-rig a lot lately and I was thinking about buying a new rod and reel combo specificaly for C-rigs. I was thinking for the rod: a 7'2"-7'6", med heavy power,and fast action tip . And for the reel: a 7.1:1 gear ratio, spooled with 17 lb. flourocarbon line. what do yall think? What needs to change? Thanks, Carolina bassin

The Cavs won't when a championship this year or next year. They have to get through the Pacers, Wizards, Raptors, Nets, and the Bulls will be one of the best teams in the East with Carmelo. Then if the Cavs do make the Finals they have to get past a team from the West like the Spurs, Thunder, Warriors, and one team that will be good in a few years is the Trail Blazers with Lillard and Aldridge. If Love goes to the Cavs it will be a differant picture but as of right know the Cavs will have to really work to be one of the best teams in the East

We bought our 1198 Humminbird at this years Classic, so its still kind of new to us. One thing I noticed a couple of times was on the white strip across the bottom thta shows depth, time of day, MPH, etc. was that it said our boat was in 20 ft. of water but on doun scan it said we were in 5 ft. feet of water. Ive heard to trust down scan when the 2 are differant, but im just wondering if any body thinks differant. Thanks, Carolina Bassin

The other day when we were out fishing we were fishing right next to a boulder, and my dad threw a Sammy to the corner of a dock and caught a nice fish. Later when we got off the water he was telling the story about the fish he caught and he said his cast was about 40 yrds. On Monday we were fishing the same spot and when we got to the boulder I was able to cast to the same corner of of the dock with a shaky head. Possibly my dad was off a little bit thinking it was further than it really was. I believe I was using a 1/8 but I may have pulled out 1/4 on accident thinking it was a 1/8 I dont know. And I was using a rod with a lot of tip action so the rod helped a lot too, it wasnt just the reel.

Can you throw a 1/8 oz shaky head, on floro, 40 yrds with out back lashing, using a Tatula? I can do it with my Lew's all day. And no, I wasnt using a spinning reel. And if you ask me the tourament mg is alot smoother than the Tatula. JMO
