Where Are The Minnesotans?
Yeah, I have no facts or studies but I would agree that I'm worried! Even lakes with some deeper holes (15ft) are killing off. The crappy thing is that bass do horrible in low oxygen water so they are one of the first fish to die off.

Berkley Havoc Subwoofer
Who uses these and what are your opinions? I came across them recently and they looked great. I will try them out texas rigged with a small bullet weight. I also plan to use them as a trailer to my swim jigs. I'm not sure how I will like them on their own (t-rigged) but I think they will have a great value as a trailer for my swim jigs and chatterbaits.

Plano Elite Spinnerbait Box
I got mine in the mail and I really like it. It took a little playing around until I figured out the way the spinners were supposed to be arranged. I would say the 3600 series definitely isn't meant for the small spinners that I have but I knew that before I bought it so I wasn't alarmed. I have a plastic trailers on my spinnerbaits so I will have to keep a close eye on them while in the box. Some buzzbaits fit in my box and others with longer arms do not. But again, I wasn't planning on putting my buzzbaits in there. This will be an awesome box for me and the way I have my tackle organized.

What Are Some Cheaper Plastics That Are Effective For You?
I don't like paying that much for stick baits so I usually buy the big value packs from Gander Mtn or I always seem to find a good sale on Big Bite Baits and I'll load up on those.

Fell Into A Deal
My favorite lipless! I would have bought all they had too!

Plano Elite Spinnerbait Box
Has anyone used one of these? I've read a lot of reviews it seems some people love them for organizing big spinners in a small footprint, some don't like them because they don't fit small spinners, and then some are still upset that Plano bought out the Falcon line of these. I just bought a Plano Guide Series bag and am organizing all my types of tackle in different 3600 series boxes so I think this will work perfectly for my needs but I wanted to hear the feedback from other fisherman on BR!

St. Croix Premier For Jerkbaits
I would think that would work just fine! As others have said the Premier is a bit heavier but it'll work fine. Premier sports a SCII Graphite Blank and the Avid has a SCIII Graphite Blank

New Dropshot Rod? (Leaning Towards St. Croix)
Thanks for all the quick and educated replies guys! I always like hearing how other anglers are tackling a certain technique and what equipment they are using for it.

New Dropshot Rod? (Leaning Towards St. Croix)
The last two years I've been dropshotting on a St. Croix Rage baitcasting rod but this year I'm going to be throwing it on a spinning setup. Which is a perfect reason to buy another rod! haha. I will be pairing this dropshot rod with a Shimano Sahara 2500. I mainly throw all St. Croix rods, I have a Mojo Bass 6'8" Medium Action Xtra Fast Tip rod that I thought about throwing the dropshot on but I enjoy using that rod with some braid and tossing wacky style worms. What do you guys like to throw your dropshots on?

Zoom Sale At Academy
I love companies who are known for their customer service and offer things like "Price Match". Unfortunately there aren't any Academy Sports stores in Colorado so I Live Chatted with their Customer Service to see if they would honor the Bass Pro shops price for the Curado for an Online Order but they are unable to. Oh well, looks like my order will just consist of fishing tackle today.

Typical Sponsorship
Congrats man! That was pretty cool to read through the process, your mindset, the sponsorship offer you received, and how it was structured. From your wording, explanations, and patience it seems like you have some great qualities for Sales. You ARE doing the company a great service if you are getting their product into new hands and especially new bait shops. That's how companies make money...by selling their product. I'll be excited to hear about your progress with this company and your future endeavors. Shoot me a PM once everything is inked as I would love to connect and follow your progress. Tight lines!.

Plano 3700 Guide Series Tackle Bag
This is good to know! I'm looking for a better and larger tackle bag this year for fishing. But I also want the trays to be transferable so I can throw them in my smaller bag to use when I fish from my kayak.

How do you like those Jeff? I've heard and they look like pretty nice rods!

Review: St. Croix Travel Rod
Watch the review here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNbEbn3vL5U I wanted to do a quick review on my opinions and experiences with the St. Croix Triumph Travel Rod(s). This spring I purchased the Light action model in this line which is 6 feet in length. In this video I am unpacking the Medium action model which is 6 feet 6 inches long. They also offer a 5 foot 6 inch Ultralight model, as well as a 6 foot 6 inch Medium Light action model. I've put mine through a lot of use and abuse this summer & fall and it's held up like a champ! Definitely take a look at these rods if you're in the market for a travel, hiking, or backpacking rod. (No, I'm not sponsored by or work for St. Croix)

First Tournament, Need Advice!!
You'll build a routine and system with your partner. It's fun watching it progress as a team. Keep an eye on your fish in the livewell, have a system so you know what each fish weighs so you can quickly catch & cull the small ones. Net every fish. Develop a game plan before you hit the water but be sure to make adjustments for the fishing that day and how the fish are behaving. Me and my partner will usually fish two different methods when in "search mode" and looking to boat a few early ones. I am very confident when cranking and he is very confident with jigging/drop-shotting. So we usually start out that way (with our confidence baits) and then dial it in from there on whats working/what's not working.

I saw the Dahlberg last year but I didn't love the plastic weed guard on it. I haven't used one so I can't speak to first hand use.

Any Frabill F2 Rainsuit Owners?
I know I've seen Eric Haataja post a video about them in the past but I don't think I'd definitely take his word. Not that he doesn't know what's what, because he does. And he's a hell of a fisherman. But he's heavily sponsored by Frabill. And likes to make it a point to promote their products in each of his videos. I am a big Frabill fan but I'd try to find an un-biased opinion. If I come across anything, I'll send it your way!

*** Lunker Frog
Yeah that is. I think they retail for around $10 in stores.
