Check the tournament rules. For my high school state tournament it has to be 16' long with a aerated livewell.

I have had my Daiwas Tatula for about a year and a half and last month it started making a grinding sound whenever I cast. The reel still works but I know there is something wrong with it that I want to fix. I have taken it all the way apart and greased the gears, oiled parts of the reel, and cleaned up dirt on the reel. I have done this twice and it is still making the same noise. Has this ever happened to you? Do you know what could be wrong with it? How would I go about fixing this?

Right now I have a GoPro on a chest mount and i was wanting to hear other ways I could film myself fishing other than with my chest mount. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or tips. Thanks

I have a 7' MH Abu Garcia Veritas 1.0 that I really like and I'm going to get 2 more rods before tournaments start in August. I am in high school so I don't have a ton of money to spend. What are some good rods I can get for a reasonable price? Nothing over $100

Try looking on Google maps for ponds to fish. Try them all until you find a nice honey hole.

I will be a freshman in high school this year so this will be my first year of fishing tournaments. Please let me know if you have anything that could possibly help me at any point of my highschool fishing career. What are your thoughts on Big Bite Baits. I haven't used their products very much but they seem to work pretty well when I use them. What are your thoughts on their products? And does anyone know why they are so cheap?

no I think that by the time you buy the mold and all the supplies and spend all that time making the hooks you would be better off just buying hooks.
