Went to prettyboy reservoir just to cast around for an hour with my wife and kids and I managed to catch a new personal best smallmouth. I used a shakeyhead with a 10" black powerworm. Thinking of checking out black hills on Thursday for a little bit of bank fishing. Any good areas I should check out (not trying to take anyone's spot)? Anyway here's my fish from today.

Never got hit from a hook set but my wife got a jig stuck in a tree and I had to get it back... Hook penetrated my hip boots, shorts and thigh. Not a very comfortable walk back to the truck.

Hey everyone, my name is Kevin. I'm 26 with 1.5 children, a son who is 2 and a little girl on the way. I grew up in the outdoors, both hunting and fishing and I recently started focusing on bass. I've been lurking and learning for quite a while on here and finally decided it was time to join.
