Hi all, Pretty new to fishing and brand new to this forum - I live in St Mary's county. Was wondering where everyone fishes down my way. Also, I really know no one that fishes even close to me so anyone looking let a newbie tag along and try to learn some things? I'm 31, FYI.

Links to various readings welcomed. What is the difference between L, M, MH, & H, etc? What is best for certain situations (lures?)? Also, what is the differences in the rod length - same questions advantages, disadvantages, lures? Thanks in advanced.

Hello all, I am super new to fishing (other than night-crawlers with my Dad) but I am now stepping up to bigger and hopefully better things. I'm sure I will post many noob like questions and am eager to learn. Before I start asking all the questions that have been posted 100 times before I was hoping others could post threads to common questions so I can start my reading. Thanks and see you on the water.
