What's the closest lake to Overland Park that has ramps open and I can run the big motor?

Is there anyone local that can rebuild a rod? The front reel seat came loose on my Elitetech Smallmouth. I can probably inject some epoxy in there and hope it sticks but that's probably just a temporary fix. I love the blank but hate the reel seat. Any ideas on cost for redoing it? Thanks.

Depends on the technique. Rod when sensitivity matters and reel for everything else.
