  1. I've tried Black Hills to no avail as well. I've used cranks, worms, chigger craws, rat-l-traps and a frog....not one bite. Tried the boat dock, the wooded area by the pet exercise lots and the little alcove about 300 yards to the left of the boat ramps
  2. Where on Black Hill Park is the Stick Ups area? I remember going there when I was really young but cant seem to scope it out on my own anymore.
  3. Thanks BrianinMD!!! I'll definitely give it a shot! I mainly enjoy going to spend time with friends and be in a nice calm but scenic environment. Also because its so close to home haha. I'd love to help with photography in any way possible. My site and fb page are as follows: www.aliographics.com www.facebook.com/aliographics Thanks again!
  4. How's it going everyone! I'm a new member of the forum and also fairly new to fishing. I work in McLean but Live in Clarksburg, so I plan to frequent Black Hill on the weekends. I'e done some light reading on different lures, tactics, and times to fish and was wondering when you all think the lake would be active again. My guess was around late march when temperatures start hitting the 70s. I visited the lake last summer and caught a couple of 2-4 pounders on a frog and chigger craw. I don't own a boat so I was also looking for some advice on where on the lake would be a good place to fish. On another note, I work a side gig as a photographer so if any of you need some photos of your fish, let me know! Thank you all in advance for any help!
