Thanks guys I am making the switch. How is it with bottom contact?

I recently bought a roll of 12lb BPS KVD Floro for my first dip into something other than mono. and man o man the difference in sensativivity is amazing. So my question is do the copolymer or hybrid lines have the same type of sensitivity? I assume they will be much softer.

I have a Black Max on a 30+ year old Fenwick HMG Pistol grip 5' 6" rod and it cast plenty far. I do differ with what many folks on here say and sugest putting your money into the rods and quality line. Any Lewis or Abu will do great for reals.

Well I found the.receipt and BPS price matched problem solve. It was missing that was the issue.

Downgrade on $$$ invested not quality. That is my goal here to get as good or close enough to it while spending enough less to help on other needs.

Weird situation here, my wife purchased the Lexa for me at full retail ( bps) and gave it to me today. It is going on a Shimano rod on its way from TW if I keep it. However money is tight and I am thinking of returning it for a cheaper model and using the difference on much needed tackle since I am just getting back into fishing there are many many needs. Also I am wondering if the Orra 2s is a better real all together. Here are the reels down grade: BPS PQ BPS nitro tourney Z Browning Midas Orra 2 s head to head. Any advice especially on the nitro z and the Lexa itself would be really helpful.

I can barely see, should be replacing my 5 year old glasses instead of being on this site and buying fising line but I GOTTA HAVE IT!

They really are great rods it's just 5"6 vs the 7" rods and I have the tackle bait monkey bad.

I need a few rods, just getting back into fishing and my 30 year old Fenwicks don't seem like a good idea. Does anyone have any experience with these rods?

First attracting good people and then keeping them. The Internet comoditizes cars and fishing equipment alike. However I have been lucky with BPS so far and I bought a Shimsno Bantam 100 from them a long long time ago.
