  1. No need to kill them and the FWC says you can release them as long as it's in the same place where they were caught. If they were going to take over in South Florida, they would have as they've been our waterways since Hurricane Andrew in 1992. If they aren't taking over after 20+ years, they never will. Catch and release!!!
  2. Where is this canal? I'd love to do some snakehead fishing!
  3. Would very much enjoy hooking up with you to catch some snakeheads.....been fishing for them all summer. Give me a shout at swkelley@hotmail.com
  4. I'd be interested to know where he catches snakeheads myself. I hit up Tamarac and Coral Springs all the time, but have only been able to catch a few small ones.
  5. Where'd you catch the snakehead? Love me some snakehead fishing!
  6. Didn't know what a Bote Ahab was until you told me. Don't think I'd want to be standing and paddling all day though.
  7. I've been fortunate as I haven't seen a gator or snake of any kind thus far walking the banks.
  8. Rhino, thought about getting a ksyak, but want something bigger......something to stand in.....for two people.
  9. Nice catch. Keep fishing, they'll get bigger!
  10. Great catch Capt Shane! Love your videos.
  11. Thanks guys. I have gone to a couple bass club meetings and look forward to joining and competing in some tournaments. Went on my first boat outing last weekend and had a great time.....much better than walking the bank.
  12. Thanks for the tips guys!
  13. Yeah, that might help, huh??!! I'm in Broward County Florida.
  14. Newbie to freshwater fishing, about 8 months now, and have been doing all my fishing from the bank. Any of you anglers out there need a fishing buddy to go out on your boat with you? I will gladly help with money for gas or anything else. You can message me here or at swkelley@hotmail.com. Thanks in advance.
