  1. Yes. I will be buying one for me and one for my dad.
  2. Hi Guys! I am going to be buying me a new spinning reel. I was looking at an Abu Garcia Orra, a Pflueger Trion GX7, and a Gander Mountain Elite Series. It will be mostly used for bass but some catfishing and saltwater fishing will be done with it also. What will be the best one for what I want to use it for. Also what is the best rod for the Gander Mountain Elite. I would like to keep the whole combo under $100 but i could spend a little more. Should i buy the combo of the other two or buy different rods for them also.
  3. What about a gander mountain elite series I have heard they are good reels.
  4. What is better Braid or Fluorocarbon and which brand is the best. It will be on a spinning reel that is used for all types of lures.
  5. I am looking for my dad a new spinning reel. My budget is $100. I Have been looking at the Abu Garcia orra and the Blue Max. I was also looking at a Pflueger Trion and the Pflueger Purist. Which one is the best all around reel for freshwater and saltwater. What rod should I pair this with.
  6. I have read about the short rod lockers and that is not a problem for me. I think the ranger is probably the best choice for me.
  7. I am trying to decide between a 1994 Ranger R72 with a 1994 evinrude 115 or an 2000 Xpress (not sure exact model) with a 2000 Mercury 125. The ranger is tournament ready and the Xpress needs a trolling motor and new carpet.Does anyone have and experience with these two boats and know which boat is better.I will be running in a fairy deep lake that is fairly rough at times.
