  1. Check this out. Posted on Facebook by one of the most productive successful guides in all of south Florida. http://charterfishingbusiness.com/
  2. Not the cottonmouth you were looking for but proof enough snakes in general can get into a boat.
  3. The more claims you make to replace lost /damaged items the higher your premium will be. Maybe gearing towards an "outdoor experience" and doing some fishing while taking customers on a journey down river may be a little easier way to market and put less pressure on the fishing expenses.
  4. Spro BBZ1 30 are being sold at DSG for 19.99
  5. What area of Florida?
  6. Snakeheads also seem to frequent more stagnant waters as compared to bass in south Florida liking areas with a bit more water flow. They do fight like hell and can some days turn a bad day bass fishing into a fun day of catching hard fighting fish.
  7. Try fishing along Loxahatchee road for bass and snakeheads. Plenty of areas to park and easily walkable for a long stretch of the canal. From route 441 going west towards Loxahatchee wildlife area.
  8. You can also try using a bobber stop and then a rubber "peg it" and you'll have zero slippage of the weight.
  9. I have used an oversized 1.5 oz "Muskie" spinnerbait while fishing for bass. It's a black on black bait and is a vibration machine. Makes the big girls hungry at night.
  10. Too many people make the mistake of changing their mentality while fishing for pike and muskies. While fishing the very same waters for bass while matching the hatch you'll fish a 3"-4" bait. The most predominate sized bait in the lake, yet when targeting pike and muskies in the very same waters will then throw a 6"-8" bait and wonder why they aren't catching anything. If the predominate bait size is 3"-4" for bass then it would be the very same for pike and Muskie. All three fish have the same ability to eat the same size bait.
  11. Hammered blades best in Indiana and Colorado blades to aid in more vibration. Also sometimes leads to a heavier cupping to those blades also adding to the vibration. In those two blade types I prefer them more especially in stained water. Clear water I would prefer smooth and metallic willow blades.
  12. Depending where your from, in south Florida we have a lot of cichlids that act very alike to bass and will strike at buzzbaits and spinnerbaits and there mouths are typically a bit too small. Every once in a while you'll hook into one and it will be a dinner plate sized cichlid.
  13. What city is Lake Sherwood? I have a few friends that live in Westlake Village. You should try to get out there during the spawn!!!
  14. Email to yourself and choose small or medium sized file and then save new pic to your phone.
  15. Try changing blade type or blade color.
  16. Powder coating.
  17. New member from south Florida. Fishing for over 30 years. Here to share experiences and obtain knowledge from anyone and everyone.
