Just pick some of these up to fish Thursday in the 65 & 75 sz. The 65 has a bigger rear hook than the 75, what's up with that? Are you guys changing the rear hook on the 75, if so to what sz? Thanks

Awesome idea, does that dry hard or can you still put a hook through were the mend-it is?

How do you guys store your hooks? Do you leave them in the original pack and store them in a bigger plano ect. Or out of the packs and in a slotted box? Seen a video of a pro that leaves them in original pack then in plano so if it's raining or whatever and he opens the box to get a hook they don't all get wet and rust.

Just wondering what you guys do, when you fish a jig with a trailer or an expensive swimbait and only fish it like an hr and it's in good shape, do you pull it off the hook to reuse it? As we all know the more times you take either off and on the hook it ruins the bait. Or do you leave it on the hook or jig? I can see possibly sent trailers wanting to use new but that can get expensive, and with swimbaits most like the shadalicious if you leave the hook in you can't put it back in the original container. Kinda stupid question but would like to know what you guys do. Thanks

Don't know what to tell u guys besides your wrong the shad raps and 38 minnows I have were all bought around 95, all have been in a box in the house. Never out and about in a tackle box. All these color patterns are from when I bought them which was around 95, and yes some of the colors are still made today.

I kept it in that color in the 7 and 8. I posted a bunch in the flea market cuz it wouldn't allow me to post more here, go check em out. Plus I have more that I didn't post in the flea market that I don't know what they are. I got some older bombers I don't think I want either, will post them tomorrow, check out the flea market.

I don't think I have many of the models u named, and some I'm not even sure what they are. I do have a decent amount of minnows that I don't think I will ever use again. Now days it's all 110s, lucky craft ect. I do have a decent amount of shad raps, deep and shallow diving. I moved to Texas recently and have a lot of colors that aren't effective down here esp perch. I also have the jointed stuff that I don't think catch much and have a lot of small sizes that are just too small for down here I think. I lived in PA and the fish were just so much smaller. I'm gonna post some pics and maybe u guys can help me out and let me know if use want any.

I have a good 50 or 60 Rapala baits that are about 20yrs old and never used, not in the boxes though. Are they worth anything before I throw them on epay and they sell for next to nothing? I know there is some discontinued colors amongst them. Thanks guys.

Only 13 fish were caught on Fork today, out of 32 guys. 90% coming on a dropshot. Water was 50° and work in the tackle shop is that only a very small amount of fish are being caught. And it is winter here, it's the coldest time of yr and the water temps are currently the lowest throughout the yr also. Some females are entering the mouths of the creeks but it's by no means a full prespawn bite yet. This was my 3rd tourney and fourth time on Fork, fairly new to Tx. Dropshot and shakeyhead are new to me and my least confident techniques. I got skunked today but like I said barely any fish were caught. I finished 6th in my first tournament and 3rd in my second. I should of fished a fluke on a c rig, I'm confident with the c rig and it imatates a dying or near death shad when fished slow. Thanks for all the tips guys, I'm confident with a jig and it's what I finished 3rd with so I'm gonna try a beaver and some other subtle baits u guys mentioned for trailers.

Fishing a tourney today on Fork, the bite has been super slow and the water is at its coldest. I will be throwing a jig and want to add a subtle trailer on it. What would you guys recommend out of the following, zoom speed vibe, rage baby craw, rage DB craw, rage tail craw or rage tail lobster? Also when do you throw a regular jig vs. a finesse jig? Do you fish a trick worm on the 1/2oz. shakeyhead or is that too big?

I will be fishing twice this wk here in Tx and one day being a club tourney. I only have one spinning setup right now and was wondering if one technique is better than the other in 50° water? Also with the shakeyhead I will be fishing a Zoom trick worm, 10 mph+ winds in 20+ ft. of water what sz. shakeyhead is too big to fish on that finesse worm, is 1/2oz. 5/8oz. too big? Are both techniques just as good it just depends how tight to the bottom they are holding? And does anyone fish a shakeydrop, shakeyhead on bottom with a dropshot above it too see what the fish want?

Fishing my 3rd tourney this coming Thursday so still trying to figure out what works and what doesn't as far as my tackle management. What I should or shouldn't take, how much is too much and what to carry it in. First time out I took my smaller BP extreme qualifier 360, well along with that came a spinnerbait box a pretty big plastic container with my plastics in it and a lunch bag. Fit ok in the boat but was very disorganized. Last wk took my bigger BPS xps front load bag, small plastic container for plastics and lunch. Bag was too big to fit in back boat box so it had to ride in front of me. If boat had a console it might not have fit. Seems like I need a bag for everything and then something else for my plastics, then lunch and should be carrying my rain gear somehow or in something, another bag yay. Just worry these guys are gonna be like wow so I try to pack as light as possible. How are use carrying hard baits and terminal and tools but then your plastics. I can't fit them in both esp if I'm gonna stick with the smaller 360 bag. Spinnerbaits and buzz went in one of the plano boxes even though I hate those things. And what are u carrying your chatterbaits in? I put em in the plano spinnerbait one last wk but like I said hate it. And what ya putting your rain gear in and lunch?

Well lately from all the rain they have been opening the gates and when they do the fish get lock jaw. Out of 26 guys last wk 3 fish were caught, one being mine on a jig. I have never fished the Ned rig and now wondering if I should give it a shot? Only thing that worries me is there is a ton of wood and stumps in the resivoure and don't know how well that would fish meaning getting snagged every cast? Any thoughts? No the water has been pretty clear, usually is.

Scored a green 895, 893, 853nrx's and 802c glx that were on this guy's boat 3 times for 1k! Man I hit the lottery!

Never a problem lol. Well according to the Loomis rep it's just gonna be the blue from here out, that really sucks!

I can't believe that they sell more blue than green? Almost everyone I see on here is green. Maybe there coming out w a new model of the NRX? They have recently changed the IMX to black. What do you think? I'm so ticked lol I won't have the money for a wk or two and I will not buy them in blue lol.

So the green NRX rods are on sale and at Monster it says the green ones are being discontinued, is this correct? If so I'm gonna die, was getting ready to purchase some in a wk or two. I had one in the blue and sold it.
