That’s true. Lol. I fish 3/8 and 1/2 jigs and I fish a lot of brush. My budget is 350 and on the rod length it has to be 7 feet or more

When I switched to straight braid I didn’t break off anymore.

Do you feel like a small difference in color makes a huge difference. Like a red flake vs a blue flake?

How clear does the water need to be before I start worrying about a leader. Lately when I use a leader the mono and flouro just get cut on the brush.

I need a jig rod but don’t know where to start. I do know that the handle has to be cork. It doesn’t matter if it is split grip or full. And I would like something that balances really well. Thanks in advance.
