Motorola Droid X
I like my Env3. Just being a troll. ;D I never really bought into touchscreen and smartphone generation. With that being said, I'll probably end getting one next March when my phone qualifies for an upgrade. I don't really want a phone to surf the net with (I could do it with my env3, but eh.) I'm on the internet enough as it is. lol.

For you speeders
Check out Morristown, Tennessee on that website. One of the speedtrap that goes from 40mph to 30mph then a red light camera, then back to 40mph is true. However, there is a school in that in 30mph stretch...I don't know what to say about that. hahaha. It really did change after the installation of the cameras. lol.

For you speeders
We have five red light cameras here in town and none of them has increased accidents...Weird. I've been playing devil's advocate for the cameras since they arrived. It kind of fun toying with the locals. ;D

This has me rolling on floor, however, I feel bad for BP's executives. lol. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704684604575381202807690316.html?mod=WSJ_hpp_LEFTWhatsNewsCollection#articleTabs%3Dcomments Two things: 1) How was pension fund misled? BP told the government in plain English was their plan was, I highly doubt they made a public release saying otherwise. 2) If the pension fund wins the lawsuit, how will BP pay? Are they going have to liquidate more oil field and assets? I love how the article says between 2005-2010 they lost $200 million. LOL. ;D They been losing money for 5 years and now they want sue them for misleading them on their safety procedures? ;D

Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Shell and ConocoPhillips are forming a joint venture to create a rapid-response system to capture and contain oil spills in deep water. I don't have a link yet, but it was flashing on my screen just few seconds ago. I got to go make an errand and when I get back a story will be published somewhere. Who says oil company don't care? ;D

Financial advice for college students and parents of college student
I bought a book online for 20 bucks the listed price was 130 bucks and I couldn't sell it back to bookstore nor any other places online at semester end. : I got a calculus, economic, history, and one or two more books in my closet....My accounting book is only one I chose to keep. If it a looseleaf book, either rent it or try find someone else selling it. You will never sell them back to bookstore or other places. I had a computer book that once you open the package you cannot return it, I just borrowed from a friend. I'm only buying one book this semester and cheapest I can find online is $130 bucks...

Like I said above, you can be better off renting. I even went through online sources and lot of time I'm still better off renting. That's whole point of my post.

Any strict scary dads out there?
If he under 17 when it happened it most likely could be dropped on his 18th birthday. : But again, every state is different, sooooo. Who cares, the girl's father seems to accept his apology, so quit busting his balls. I think some parents should take a long hard look at both their daughter and son. I think some father still think their daughter are princess and it all the boys fault....Totally wrong. It not always the boys. I've met girls like that. I'm sure those of you that are a father right now have met girls like that. Things are not always what it seems.

Financial advice for college students and parents of college student
We have students posting books for sale all the time around campus and one girl wanted to charged me $45 bucks for a loose leaf psychology book. It was $50 bucks in the bookstore brand new...... : I just posted this advice in case anyone was wondering whether they are better off renting or buying.

Financial advice for college students and parents of college student
I decided come home this weekend and on the interstate I was pondering about whether I be better off buying books or renting books. I devised a decent model to help me figure out this dilemma. Here what you do: Step 1) Calculated your total book price at the bookstore or wherever you choose to buy your books from. Step 2) Calculate/estimate the buy back price of your books. (this can be done by going to online bookstores and clicking on "sell textbooks." You should get a quoted price.) Step 3) Take the total price in step 1 and subtract it from total in step 2. Step 4) Total up the total price it will cost to rent the books. Step 5) Compare the total in step 3 to step 4. Which ever number is lower, is the decision you should make. In my theory if you take total cost of buying books minus buyback equals the amount of money you are losing. The total from rental cost is the amount you are losing. I prefer to keep my loss to a minimal. The only problem with my model above is, it doesn't take into account whether the book will be available for buy-back at the end of the term. So, be aware of that. I hope this help some of you all with your budgeting for upcoming school years.

Any strict scary dads out there?
LOL, if the girl was sober and acted upon using her clear judgment, then why would you kick the guys butt? It takes two to tango, my friend. That why when I was his age, any dad/brother or whatever said something like that to me, I just smiled. Now, if the person had slipped the girl a roofie or something then it another story, but if she was completely in a normal state of mind, then it is as much as her fault as the other. Just my 2 cent.

Kid, take my advice, forget about high school relationships. Don't even bother. The best is yet to come... If you choose to go to college, those will be best years of your life. You'll meet the best girls and have best times with them and the best part is, you don't have to worry about parents, because those girls make their own decision. If you choose not to go to college, just chill out until your 21 then go barhopping. It's same thing as college minus the academic part.

How's this for a crappy week ?
I rode a mountain bike down a singletrack trail with rocks and bermy curves only to get thrown over the bar at full speed which involved busting my shoulder, bruised hip bone, and countless of scrapes and cuts. I still have don't have 100% full range of motion in my shoulder. I'll still ride that trail again, I just need a new bike. Can anyone loan me 2,500 bucks? ;D ;D
