So I'm in Las Vegas for a shortsale/REO summit...
I heard the house next door from me up for auction and starting bid is 1,000.00 I wouldn't mind trying snagged that property for 20 grands and then flipped it for 100 grands later on down the road. The house itself in good shape, it in neighborhood where price range from 90-120 grands. But the economy in this town isn't bringing any new jobs to town, so who knows how long it take to sell it. I know a guy that running small mortgage business and I thought about talking to him about it. Eh, screw it. Guess I will stick to stocks. ;D

Modern Warfare 2
Hey mine was expired as well, and they told me $100 bucks to fix. Well I didn't have the money so I waited a couple weeks when I did, called them up again, and the lady told me to send it in, it won't cost me a thing. Just keep calling them, if it's the first time for the ring of death you will eventually talk to someone who will tell you to send it in for free. You just won't get that same console back. Would I have to send hard drive and all? If the hard drive still good I want keep it. lol.

Paranormal Activity
I've heard it sucks. One girl told me it was overrated. Then there was more negative reviews than positive reviews from rest of my friends.

Modern Warfare 2
My xbox warranty is expired. Just waiting for money to get a new one. If I get it repaired it cost close to same price as a arcade xbox.. I figured I get arcade or used and just put my hard drive in it.

When did buying gas turn into an interogation?
Wow, that really is BS. I can understand a credit card, but debit card where it coming straight out of your bank account....really? I live in town of no more than 30,000 people. No gas station I know of around here with a limit on cards...
-
When did buying gas turn into an interogation?
Theres a few stations in the Dallas area that ask for language choice. WOW!! not surprised, but still you know? To be fair, English isn't the official language in America..Just saying.. The gas station I frequent would asked for Zip Code and the other day I noticed it never asked for it anymore.. Just slide card in and viola you're pumping gas....I'm surprised you guys got limit on amount of gas you can buy. That's odd. If you used debit card with pin number, is there still a limit?

Mapping.
What the heck? Here an example of the coordinate I have on the map for my lake. Lat: 36 07 50.4 Long: 83 30 18.5 The above is the degree, minute and second respectively. I put it in on Map Quest and it sent me to China.. :-? Either this is highly inaccurate or I'm really illiterate when it comes to GPS.. Wayne, I copied and pasted yours into google map and it took me to a lake in Virgina. I don't know why I'm having such hard time with this. lol. On side note, my dad hand held GPS was stolen a year ago, so I guess I'm planning on finding them on internet then mark it with a paper map, then try to find the structure with my crappy sonar.
-
Mapping.
Probably 10 bucks. Cannot remember, I've had this map for a while, but I've never tried entering these coordinates. Really need invest in a GPS/Sonar. My sonar is crap. :-/
-
Mapping.
How you google it? I try typing coordinate into google map search bar, and it brought up Japan. :-/ Oh yeah, the paper map is from Atlantic Mapping inc.

Mapping.
I'm using a Recreation and Fishing guide map you can buy at your local Wal-Mart. This lake map has coordinate plus description of the structure and at what depth. Few questions: 1) I don't have a GPS in the boat. Can't afford one. I punched the coordinate in at http://mapper.angling-technologies.com/atom/pmap.php# It doesn't show a dot of the exact coordinate. Maybe it does, but I haven't learned how used this program, yet. Anyways you can? 2) How reliable are the coordinates on the map you can buy at local tackle shops and Wal-Mart? Meaning, have you punch one in and pulled up to the spot and found the structure it was describing? P.S. I think my dad might have a hand held laying around, if so, I hope it still works. I'm trying punch the coordinate in on a map online and it shows me a dot of the spot, then I will mark it on my paper map. And try to old school it. ;D

Exotic meats
I had an elk burger at a diner in Sevierville. Pretty darn good. Never order online, either. If Omaha Steak company has them online, then they are good company buy from. Only thing about Omaha is that they won't stop calling my house once a week. >

No doodling allowed
I think both the teacher and principal need to issue an apology to the girl and her family. And the police that actually followed the order need to learn some common sense. What a bunch of fuggin' idiots. If I was the girl's parents I be raising all kinds of hell. Now, if the girl was at school in after hours painting on school building or something, then yeah she deserve be arrested for vandalism. But an erasable marker on a desk that probably extremely smooth and easy to clean..what the hell? :-? Even if the marker was permanent and it still never came off, then girls parents should be contacted and be obligated to pay damage. In my school system I witnessed several minor vandalism in which school took action without police and no one did it again...

Lets talk lipless
I bought an Xr-75 Chrome/black today. Will that work? ;D bmadd, when you are jigging it, after it touch bottom, how long will you let it sit, before popping it again?

Lets talk lipless
I know this topic been popping up since KVD won the classic, but I'm not here to discussed brands. In past I've always thrown lipless crankbaits specifically Bill Lewis into shallow water while running it on the bottom (sandy bottoms) and I've caught few chunky fish doing so. Usually I just cast and retrieve. When I read this article: http://www.bassresource.com/fishing/Rat-L-Trap.html and how KVD won the classic, it was interesting how they was fishing it yo-yo style and sweeping it through water then let it flutter. To those of you that have done these technique. What time and place did this technique have? (referring to specific conditions and fishing structures) When you are using yo-yo pattern or anytime you are letting the bait flutter, which lipless crankbait designed has a better flutter? Do you think brand A has a better flutter than brand B, but brand B is better for retrieving than A? If so, care to share which design is better for such technique? ;D This spring, I think I'm cast to shallow first, if no fish, then I'm cast it out to medium and deeper water on the same bank.

losing my job...
State of Tennessee has lottery where the proceed is donated to education, however, far as I'm concern the only students that see that money is the college students. The public school system might be getting a cut, but I'm not aware of it. The public school system I graduated from, the director of school is making $110,000 a year plus travel expense. The funny thing is, on the ballot two years ago, they asked the county voter if they could raise sales tax where the some of the money goes to the school system, and the county voters rejected it. After the vote, the local paper published an article where the board of director got a raise after the increase in sale tax was rejected. : While all that is going on, there still a local paper publishing articles about budget short-fall. : I think you have some interesting idea that could work to save your job, I think you should attend the meetings and try to persuade them for sake of your job and children education

A buzzed conclusion...
That stuff is also good but very hard to get. Pretty pricey if I remember right, like $24 for a 750. I was about to ask you that. I was wondering how often it shows up in liquor stores in United States.

A buzzed conclusion...
Anyone ever had Appleton Estate? I first drunk it in Georgetown, Cayman Island. The only thing I remember after that was, I repeatedly told the cab driver he was driving on wrong side the road. ;D
