Hey just had a question not sure how I am going to word it but I have a cheap pelican kayak that I got for like $150. It has no rod holders or even a compartment for my tackle. Is there any restrictions on building my own rod holders or anything like that in tournaments I have not found any. Also does anyone have any tips on how I could modify my kayak?
