Jon Boat to Bass Boat
Hello. Today I purchased a 10 foot Jon Boat for 75$. It came with a Minn Kota Endura 36 trolling motor and a 10-15 pound anchor. I have several questions. 1. will 36 pounds be enough to propel this boat(converted into a bass boat) and me (I weigh 140 pounds)? 2. Will a transom mount work on a level deck, if so how? 3. Is the anchor enough weight for small current? 4. Front or back for motor? THANKS A LOT!

Should I vary my baits, or specialize in one area?
I am just getting into bass fishing. I have a 7'MF Drop Shot Setup, A 6'6"MLF Wacky Rig/Trout Setup, and a 7'MHF 7.1:1 Pro Max Combo. I have an ok selection of baits, mostly fitnesse and crank baits. Should i stick to one bait (texas rigged white keitech 4" swimbait/senkos) or use other lures?
