  1. Well there are so many things to consider when making my crank bait selections. Weather.water condition,what phase the bass arein, what type of structure your fishing etc. So since Im new to bass fishing I just make a note of what I caught fish on and when & what the conditions were. Then I start out with that bait again next time conditions are right. I like Excaliber Fat Free Shad & Shad Rap. ;D

  4. YesYesYes I use scents. I use RealCraw out of a spray bottle. I also use garlic powder on all my soft baits and crappie jigs. Not sure if RealCraw is still being made. if so where can i get some? Almost out.
  5. I have tried what i call flippin & pitching jigs in shallow water around timber but I seem to miss alot of bites. I feel a tap but thats it. I miss the fish. Not too sure about my technique either.

  7. I am from west TN near Ky Lake. Fairly new to bass fishing. love it.
  8. I currently have a Triton 17o Mag II aluminum bass boat. Motorguide 46 lb 12v. Lowrence elect. Its my first bass boat so i dont have anything to compare to. I have a 75 HP merc. I really like it but I wish I had gotten a bigger one now. i will stick woth triton though. Stick woth what you like.I like the Triton186 Magnum'
  9. I caught a 5-4 on June bug BrushHog on Ky Lake. Not real big but my biggest yet.
  10. ???I have a 12v Motorguide 46lb thrust on my 17' Triton 170 Mag II. The motor quit working out on lake. Got home it started working. Quit again. Checked battery.Good. Bought new one anyway. Now motor is still working part time. When you turn it on it just winds down slowly just like the battery is low but its brand new. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks.
