  13. Well, I am learning to fish thick grass. Living here in Ga. and fishing Gin Clear drinking resevoirs, there is usually not a lot of grass to fight with... this lake however, is full of it. Water is 12-15 ft. deep with 6-10 ft. of grass across the entire lake. The only "clear" area is the creek channel thru the middle. I actually got a bite on a jig that same day, however, was not fast enough to set the hook, and missed :-[ :-/ :'(
  14. To me it would depend on the size of the Senko/Trick Stick. A 3" Trick Stick yes, finesse, a 5" no, not finesse, however, fishing them weightless, and weedless, I have found a new fishing technique for me anyway. I got a ride last weekend on a buddies boat. Went to a lake full of grass. Everywhere there was a hole in the grass, I would drop the Trick Stick in, and let it sink. Almost had the rod jerked out of my hands a couple of times.... it was great!!!!!
  15. x2 I actually hooked a 4.5 in. bass on a 4/0 jig head with a Monster worm. still cannot figure out how the little guy got all that in his mouth.

  22. According to what I have read, any gas vehicle can be converted over to natural gas. Plus, you can have a home refilling station, all you have to do is get a tank delivered and set up, or be on a Natural gas pipeline.
  23. I am currently using a 6'10" G blanks custom M/F baitcasting rod for my plastics, love it even for casting a lot of weightless stuff. I am using 6 lb. YO ZURI Hybrid Ultra Soft. Do I still have Spinning rods? Yep, will I use them? When the situation calls for it.
  24. If you believe what Mr. Pickens is trying to tell us, we can use Wind to produce 50% of our electricity, and then start converting our vehicles over to Natural Gas. Iran, is converting all their vehicles now, because they want to sell every last barrel of oil to us for 120.00 a barrel to finance well, you know..... :-X
  25. Take a look at BPS rods, some of them are on fall clearance, also Cabelas, you may just get a great deal.
