  1. I bank fish year round with pretty good luck but then again I am in Mississippi where we have 80 degree weather in December. Most of my luck in the winter months comes on very slow presentations though dragging jigs fishing flukes in slow motion slow reeling swimbaits etc.
  2. I have the best results with chigger craw or the back half of a fluke stick
  3. flukes, big jigs, lipless cranks
  4. Shimano Symetre or Nasci are 99 new but could probably get them cheaper on ebay or in the flea market. Both are great reels for the price point.
  5. I cant speak for the newer ones but I owned a couple of the 2nd generations and they were great reels for the price. I had one paired with a duckett ghost 7'3" for jigs/trigs and one on a st Croix mojo spinnerbait rod worked great in both applications.
  6. One of my favorite ways to catch them. I generally have get the most bites/blowups on the one knocker spooks or vixens.
