Hi from Cyprus The majority of our dams are full so we are looking forward to this season. Here are some Cyprus bass from 2011!

Would like to bring to your attention an incident occured during a bass competition held in Italy(details: http://www.sfwc2011.it/eng/index.html). The Russian team was leading the event the first two days and during the third day see what happended to their livewell: The competition commitee did not accepted the video and the claim since all fish died. Guess who was first after the russian team was disqualified. ITALY!!!! I will revert with further details in due course. Unfortunately this championship is not regulated by B.A.S.S or FLW so the only option we have is to give this as much publicity we can.

Hi Albrecht, Bass fishing in December is difficult even in Cyprus. The problem is that boats are not allowed and bass are difficult to reach. I would suggest February. Rgds

Hi All, Can you please advise what is the legislation in your countries(especially European counties) in respect of freshwater fishing ,and especially bass fishing, during the spawning period? Is there any period that fishing is prohibited because of spawning? Thanks

Yep, nothing exiting on these lures. From the japanese plastic craws i like the Jackall cover craw .

Nice fish T-Rig. Seems that you found a good pre-spawn bite. We never did here in Cyprus and the bass are almost finishing with spawing. Hopefully we will get them during post spawn.
