  1. Rebel popR's are a must in my tackle box. So easy to fish and they produce big fish. And they are a blast!
  2. Duckett ghost 7'3" mh great rod for $100. Haven't had any problems with mine and I fish it hard!
  3. Never had a problem with Palomar knots. Use it for just about everything
  4. I love my lews speed spool lfs for $100
  5. I use cxx also and I like it so far. Just started using it this year
  6. I really like my duckett ghosts for $100 and the blackout is a great rod for $80
  7. Poppers are my favorite topwater. I caught my 2 biggest fish of the night in our tournament last week on one a 4.52 pounder and a 4.37
  8. I only use 5'6" ultralights for panfish. Makes it so much fun on 2 or 4 pound test line. Feels like you have a 6 pound bass on!
  9. Haha. I dont have any daiwa's. I'm a huge fan of lews. I love their reels. Never tried there rods though
  10. It's a really awesome fishing store. We are pretty lucky here in kalamazoo! And I will check that rod out for sure! I know a lot of it is personal preference on feel and balance and what not. So getting them in my hands will help a lot
  11. Yeah I can go to d&r sportscenter it's about 15 min away. It's owned by the Vandam's they have a ton of rods
  12. I've been wanting to try the blackout. I haven't had any problems with my ghost and it's probably my most used rod.
  13. Now another question. If I go with the baitcaster I'm staying around 100 for a budget. So I was thinking either a ghost or the blackout. I have a MH ghost and i love it. but I've heard nothing but good things about the blackout. What do you think?
  14. I will end up with both eventually ha. Just curious if you guys thought one was more important than the other
  15. I would love to buy both. But the boss lady won't let me. And I have been dropshoting with my medium fast spinning rod and has seemed to work fine. My buddy just suggested a medium lite
