  1. Nice fish Doghouse.
  2. Trolling motor works fine now. They also found out the spark plugs were automotive and not marine plugs. Changed those out, so it should burn alot better now (i.e. no exhaust drip) Plus I never really ran it very long, more start the motor, move and anchor, start the motor and move etc. The owner of the marine place was telling me I did NOT have to unplug the batteries before charging each one, but just to make sure I charged each one seperately (1 charger per battery and they could be charged at the same time.) I guess I am being thick headed, but since this is a series circuit, wouldn't I have to unplug the leads from each battery and then charge the batteries? It's a 24v setup. He said all I have to do is use my seperate chargers (I have 1 for each battery) hook up the respective polarities and they should be fine. Is this right???? Doesn't sound right, but again I don't know 100% hence why I am asking. Thanks!
  3. NewMatt, fishing out of Collinsville area here. Sunday afternoon/night myself and a friend went over to a local pond. Caught 20+ biggest weighed 2.12. I was swimming a jig on the flats. Throw out and reel in rod tip kind of high. The jig trailers I use are paca craws in junebug, crawfish colors. The location might matter more than you think. Go fish IN the wind. (i.e. southern winds blowing into the NW banks.....go fish the NW side casting into the wind...esp. if there is a flat nearby!) The fish are pretty shallow right now and will be unless it snows lol.
  4. Wow, now that's mighty nice of you to offer to do it for nothing I will PM you with my email address; send me whatever Here is a sticker I liked, and figured I could just add above and below the SS, and the Donkey parts. http://gallery.bcentral.com/GID4508723DD159645-Donkeys-Mules.aspx?Page=2

  8. Very good points Matt. I also run lures in a pool lol.
  9. They are great commericals.
  10. Simple green should work too. It's all natural, not harmful, etc.
  11. My buddies and I want to name my bass boat the SS Donkey. I found alot of great t-shirts, but no real good stickers. I did find one sticker I think will work, but I can't see on their site, how the lettering would look. For those who have funny stickers etc., where did you get them? Did you have someone make you one? Etc. Thanks
  12. Nice fish, your buddies fish IS long for sure.
  13. Randall's schooling pigs. Are you noticing the fish bedding more in the NW portion of the lake, or where the wind is more calm? I went out the other day, but it was too windy and cloudy to sight fish. I am just wondering if I should start in the southern end of this lake I fish, where there is alot of grass, or head NW and hope the wind plays nice. I would figure they are in the real calm parts of coves/creeks. :-/
  14. Wow, a nice catch.
  15. Nice smallie, nice big mouth toads too. The elk is a cool picture too, where they on the bank? lol
  16. Remember folks, wind is your friend. Not for sight fishing, but for general fishing, oh yeah. Nice toads. The 6 is a trophy!
  17. Cool pics! Long Mike, Collinsville here....work in Tulsa.
