I quit fly fishing a few years back. I wiped out in cat creek snapped my rod and was soaked in freezing water. I bought a nice st croix ultra light and did much better. I even used it in Alaska salmon fishing. Got laughed at by all the fly fisherman. But I did great the whole week I was there. I always said I would fly fish again but only for tarpon.
