  1. I'm taking a trip to Portland, Oregon in a few weeks. Does anyone know any easy access locations for any types of fish? I am from middle of nowhere Vermont and know next to nothing about Oregon fishing
  2. I'm thinking mostly for trout and smallmouth, but pretty general purpose. And anywhere from $50 to 150$
  3. I'm looking for a new rod for my pflueger trion TRI35. I previously had an old ugly stick but I am ready for an upgrade. Anyone have any experience with different rods in combo with this reel?
  4. I'm looking to get a new ultralite to medium light spinning rod for my pflueger trion. It's size 35. I want something 5'6" to 6'2" that is pretty stiff. Any suggestions?
  5. Looks like a storm goby on a jig head
  6. I am pretty new to baitxssting , What should I put for line on my lews speed spool LFS? I use 10lb braid with a 8lb mono leader on my spinning reel.
  7. I like to hook a live shiner on a jig head. Or use a floating jerkbait or shallow running crank baits. A lot of people retrieve too slowly, you should go slower but not so slow that no action happens
  8. I have a bass pro shops gift card so imma have to buy it there
  9. Thanks for the I put! I'll look at daiwas next before I decide
  10. I'm looking for a new baitcaster. Does anyone have any experience with the lews speed spool LFS?
  11. I use 10 pound braid on my spinning reel. I've never had a problem hauling in a fish with it. The only problem I had was when my spool was full to the top of if it was windy. When I cast the braid would catch on the first eyelet of my rod and make a big knot. It was easy to untangle but it was very annoying. I have 15 braid on a Johnny Morris baitcaster and have had no problems
  12. I have a pflueger spinning reel and I've always loved it. I've heard good things about both PQ and supreme
  13. C.Devereux changed their profile photo
  14. I am torn between buying the bass pro shops pro qualifier and the pflueger supreme baitcasting reels. Any advice or experience with either?
