  5. Nice pig! I'm been dying to go fishing @ night. I will have to bring plenty of light since I will be bank fishing and don't want to get bitten by any snakes. This brings me to my question: Would the light from a lantern impact the bite? TIA!
  6. That's the truth. I've thrown them in every possible condition and gotten strikes on them. Favorite colors are: -Silver -Gold -Olive Green -Hot Steel The only color that I have tried with no success is clown...
  7. Have you checked out the FAQ here? http://bassresource.com/fish/faq.html#pro

  9. I was intent on going, but I missed it!!! :'(
  10. I've been debating whether I should pick up a pack of these or not. Seems from the responses (from this and other threads/boards) it has a place next to the other swimbaits. I'll pick some up next month and see what I can do with them; currently broke..
  11. I'll have to agree with Brad on this one: Almost every soft plastic will work on a C-rig; I tend to catch more with 6-8" worms though. I guess it comes down to what your confident with. Trial and error always gets results
  12. We've got a 5gal bucket with 1-1/4 - 1-1/2" holes drilled everywhere (like a sift) with a heavy gauge rope. Cheap but effective.
  13. Absolute pigs; way to go! I need to catch one of those...
  14. Nice catch; weather looks great there too.
  15. numbers : 1. wish I had that problem 5. this will help and expand my inventory of roads so that I may be able to have various setups (e.g line types, rod styles, etc.)
  16. - use a jig - slow down the presentation considerably to where I can catch more (quality) bass with worms; patience pays - Peacock's are awesome fighters; ok, I new this already last year but caught my personal best this year and just reminded me how powerful they are. To do list (for this year): - use a frog - try live shiners; don't kill me guys, but would like to try it out..
  17. Thanks for the quick reply; I will definitely have to take a look at it on my next purchase.
  18. I'd like to ask how is the shutter rate (from point-n-shoot to actual shot)? I've had several cameras over the years and would like to upgrade this year but my last camera is slow in this respect. Thanks for the info.
