  1. You created a scupper hole. They have them on kayaks.
  2. Well guys, I sold the Bass Hunter. Purchased two fishing kayaks and am having a blast. Thanks for such an awesome thread. Get out there and fish!
  3. I have not heard of anyone putting a drain hole in.
  4. yes below the seat. I did notice the water. Gonna have to get some plugs.
  5. I have a new fishing kayak. Perception Pro 12. It has a spot for a Plano type storage box. I measured the opening and its 7x11. I would like to get a box I can store my hooks and worms in. Any suggestions?
  6. I'm getting excited. If all goes as planned, I'll be getting another one for my son.
  7. Well, o found a blemished Perception Pro 12. Should be here Monday.
  8. Too late I stumbled on a new blemished perception pro 12. Thanks for the input though.
  9. I found a nice used Wilderness Tarpon 140 near me. Wondering if this is a viable bass kayak for ponds and small lakes. I could eventually use it for big lake fishing, but I want to use it for bass... What say you internet gurus?
  10. The reason the Catch interests me is that it is seriously stable. I don't watch to flip over when I haul in that six pounder... ha ha ha
  11. Hi guys, I love my Bass Raider but I think I want to add a kayak to my stable. I'm looking at the Pelican Catch 120 NXT. Has anyone on here used one? I need to stay under $1000. Small lakes, ponds, and rivers. Thanks.
  12. New guy from Holland here. Been fishing smaller lakes and ponds with my six year old. We have a Bass Raider. Just having fun.

  14. Thanks. I think I overshot the weight. I have ordered a new spool of a lighter weight. Thanks guys.
  15. The reel is a President spinning reel. And the line is 14 lb... maybe that's my problem.. Might have gotten too much poundage.
  16. So, I usually use trilene. Thought I'd try this stuff. So far I'm not so happy. It spools loosely when I reel it. I have been getting tanlges when I have never had them before. Any suggestions?
