I love my black max after I put 20 lb braided on it. Before that I had days I wanted to break it and throw it in the water. Lol.

I had problems with backlash on my black max till I put 20 lb braided on it. Now I can cast my light lures all the way up to my heavy lures with no problem. Tried lighter mono 1st for light lures. The 20 lb braid is a lot better.

I know bass hit different lures at different times. Figured I'd hear a few different people's go to lures. Thanks for the replies. Looks like I'm going to get a few more lures and some more plastic worms. Lol

I've had a lot of luck lately with brush hogs.

I know I'm going to get a lot of different answers. Hopefully I might find something new to try. What is the best all around bass lure?

I reeled in snapping turtles twice. Once was about 6-8lb turtle on 4 lb microcaster.
