I’ll just say they disappoint me but don’t surprise me. Nobody cares about fisherman and what face shields they may be wearing. Some people obviously believe everything they see on TV.

I bought 5 of their face shields last and 8 more for this year. Low prices and you can have fun with the designs. I have one of their face shields on in my avi.

I personally would go with the SV. Shimanos can be tricky for me dial in but they are great reels.

Bass taste like mud in the summer months but if it’s caught in the colder months I would be game. They have to be 14 inches or shorter for me to eat them. Anything bigger starts getting mushy. 14 is pushing it.

I have caught smallies in Indiana with Whopper plopper 110s, 1/2 oz Chatterbaits, and 1/2 oz spinnerbaits.

Not the one I have which has 39 Spinnerbait slots. There is another 3700 Plano box with 26 slots for spinnerbaits and 13 for buzzbaits.

I got the 3700 Plano box and I put jigs, spinnerbaits, and Chatterbaits in it. I like and recommend it.

Next time I would suggest getting different blade combinations. Most of those have willow blades.

15# Daiwa J-Braid x8 to #8 Yo-zuri topknot flouro. I use the Albright knot for the connection. Never had issues and it won’t break the bank.

I wanted to try it but the spool sizes they offer throw me off. You have to get 125 yards which isn’t enough or 600 yards which is too much and too expensive for a braid that I don’t even know if I like yet.

Any rod with braided line is sensitive.

I would target the fountain if you can reach it. The water is gonna be oxygenated and it will either be shallow water around it or have a concrete slab like @Bluebasser86 said.
