Just go fishing. I use bigger jigs and worms, But have caught many on the same old stuff you throw during the day.

Yup I quit cold turkey on Dec 30 after 20 years . I thought it was pretty easy ask my wife and she will tell you different I think. She said I was mean SOB I did find I was yelling more at my son. Hey it can be done just have to have faith in yourself and god. Good luck
