Sorry to hear about the headache, but glad to hear about starting out the year right. Maybe next weekend I'll get to sling some bait at Harley ensign. I don't have a boat but that spot will usually have a few bass around.

Over the past 2 years I snagged broken off lines with my spinnerbaits. I've gotten a Stanley spinnerbait, culprit spinnerbait, and a culprit buzzbait. Descent condition and all 3 have caught fish.

Took a yum mini A-rig removed snaps put on a matching shad pattern skirt. Put snaps back on replaced little jig heads with 2-0 ewg hooks, and put on kietech sight flash easy shads. Meant for the short strike fish by giving the head a little more action with the skirt. Its a bit hefty but should get down in the water column quickly.

Picked up 4 white, shad, frog, and sunfish. All Colorado haven't got a chance to use them yet as it's still a little cold for my liking on lake St. Clair. The colorado blade size is 5 I believe going to be some big thump to it.
