  1. I took a trip with Bill last year. Had a blast and caught some big fish! http://www.laketohotackle.com/Mobile.aspx
  2. Actually picked up some wood yesterday to give it a shot.
  3. He does some great work. Makes me want to give it a shot.....and not come close lol
  4. d**n good deal. Pretty decent rod.
  5. Always heard great things about them. Always 100% inspect a kayak that’s shipped to you, no matter where you buy it. Plenty of em get destroyed in transit.
  6. I did a kayak trip in the sound with Rob Alderman. Good times and great gear. Check him out. Outerbanks Kayak Fishing.
  7. Bass can be caught in the sound, up in the canals. Not sure about other strictly freshwater spots.
  8. Anyone got some ideas/experience?
  9. I’ve got a family trip coming up in late September. Definitely want to do some bass fishing while we’re down there. Can yall recommend any guides on Lake Toho for a 3 man trip?

Welcome. Practice at home with that baitcaster. Waiting until you hit the water is a frustrating mistake.
  11. I catch em occasionally. Just let em go. They’re fun to catch either way. Always put up a good fight. But I’ve never seen em in such numbers. Maybe they’re spawning? I don’t have any clue to their lifecycle, since I don’t target them.
  12. Thanks. I’ve been looking at these as well.
