Hey guys - new to this forum and new to Frederick MD. I'm up here working for several months - comin from South Florida it is quite the change. Anyways what lakes or ponds produce largemouth Bass? I am staying off Buckeytown 85 if that helps with location. Down in Florida there are lakes on every corner - and if you know which one, you pull in 6-8lb bass all day. Hell, behind my house, literally 20yds out my back door I have pulled them in. Now I am not expecting that to happen in the slightest - but short of getting a boat - I am wondering what are the good spots to hit? Also do you have to worry about HOA's calling the cops (they do that crap in FL - normally at the ponds that produce the biggest). Guy at work suggested the Monocacy River - but I am unfamiliar with it. So any tips or pointers you can give would be great.
