  11. Thanks guys! Rolo, I wish we had DD's around here. I didn't weigh the fish, my guess is around 6.5lbs. As for the rod. It's a cheap but very well made Daiwa Crossbeat (2 piece) 662MRB. http://www.plat.co.jp/shop/catalog/product_info.php?currency=USD&cPath=1005_1261_1006&products_id=6241
  12. Fishing is tough lately. Went out wednesday morning at 5am. Caught the first fish at 4pm. A small pike and a little later a 3lb. bass. I must be crazy to be still out on the lake I thought to myself..... At around 6pm I was just about to give up. I skipped a Javallon 160 under a dock (like I have done for hours) and got hit. I'm glad I stayed on the lake!
  13. Nice fish, congrats! 8-)
  14. Paul, last week it was over 90 degrees (we need some F1 bass over here, they would do well! ). I didn't weigh the fish. My guess is about 6.5lbs. (I'm 6'2" and 220lbs.) Fish of that size are rare around here.
  15. Some hot weather bassin pics. It's not easy right now to catch some fish but I still managed to get a couple. Crazy Bass! The biggest

I love wake baits! They produce even in the middle of day for me. Try the shimano triple impact 105 or 120, you won't regret it......
  18. Where did you get this info Matt?
  19. As far as I know the fish was caught on a Roman Made Mother Swimbait.
  20. Just got this info from a friend of mine. This monster was caught on a roman made swimbait in lake biwa and supposedly weighed 10.12kg (22.29lbs.) ! Here a couple more pics (the first two. click on the pic for a larger size): http://ameblo.jp/romanmade/
