Yes, great baits, especially the Tango Dancer 115.
  2. Thanks guys! Yes, she weighed approx. 7.3lbs. Very big for around here. Caught on her a 3/8oz. Deps Flat Back Jig with a 4" Berkley Chigger Craw trailer.
  3. I bought a couple Lucky Craft Fat CB SSR. These should work great after the spawn.

There are hundreds of suspending jerkbaits......
  5. The Aruku Shad is a knockoff of the Evergreen BUZZER BEATER. They both work. http://www.ichibantackle.com/showproductdetail.asp?productid=1342&name=BUZZER%20BEATER&manufacturename=EVERGREEN
  6. Can't go wrong with Owner.

    Wonderful pics!
  8. Finally caught my first bass of the year and it was good one!
  9. I'm not worried about replacing the tip, I can have that done in 5 minutes. Just wondering if someone has ever seen a tip guide like that.
  10. That's exactly what I thought. I'll try to get some more pics.
  11. A friend of mine is selling a casting rod. The tip looks like this. Too me the tip guide doesn't look bent but kind of looks strange with it pointing downwards. Is this a special guide or is just bent?
  12. Good price, but I don't like Live Sammy too much, just like the Live Pointer. The lures tend to break on the joints. The regular Sammy 115 is much better. Live Sammy. Sammy 115.
  13. I used to fish them and caught some fish. T-rigged with a 1/8oz. sinker worked best for me.
  14. Spro Lures are a chinese product.
  15. The floating Jackall Doozer should work.

How did it go RW? Catch any on the slender pointer?
  17. You can get a replacement set for $4.79 at TW. http://www.***.com/descpageSPROACCSPROSWIM-SPBBFT.html I'm sure that the Dingo is made in the exact same factory in china as the BBZ-1.
  18. I use these: http://cgi.ebay.com/DECOY-WORM-18-60Hook-6-0-4pc-NIP_W0QQitemZ220333529595QQihZ012QQcategoryZ159026QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247

How's the slender pointer working for you?
  20. These have been around for over ten years. http://www.ichibantackle.com/showproductdetail.asp?productid=2663&name=RV-S%20150%201/2%20oz&manufacturename=LUCKY%20CRAFT
  21. Lucky Craft spinnerbaits have been around for a long time and they do catch fish but so will others.
  22. I like the Flat Jack! The paint does chip but this happens with most wooden lures. Walk the dog retrieve works best for me. Even works for big perch!

I'm sure that bait will work especially in highly pressured waters. In japan alot of good size bass are caught with such small baits. I bet it would also work great for river smallies. Keitech has a very similar bait on the market. The Zizai Pupa. This bait is hollow an you can insert up to 5 little tungsten sinkers into the bait for a faster fall rate. Sometimes small baits work great, especially on very finicky bass. It's not always "go big or go home".
  24. I haven't been fishing much lately. It has been a very cold winter. Hopefully in spring.
