Yes. I am heading down to Grand over Labor Day weekend. Hoping the recreational water traffic is bearable. I haven't ever fished Grand for bass and am pretty new to targeting bass in general. I was hoping for some sort of fishing report ;). We are probably going to put it in at the Wolf Creek ramp, work the East part of that branch in search of a morning topwater bite, then try to hit some points and roadbeds on our way up to sailboat bridge, then once the sun gets high, work our way back to the ramp flipping docks on the South shoreline.

How did you end up doing at Grand? Where did you end up going?

I am hoping to connect with someone who can help introduce me to some "private" ponds (farm or otherwise) in the Omaha, NE/Western Iowa region. I grew up fishing ponds in southwest Missouri and while Omaha has an abundance of man-mad lakes, I just don't get the same thrill trying to fish the lakes. Thanks for your help/suggestions!
