thats the thing. i made sure i didn't get the 5 minute stuff and it said on the package it had 30 minute working time. i also made sure i mixed it all that way i knew it was equall amounts. i don't know. i guess i'll make another trip to walmart and try again. any suggestions before i waste another batch? :-/

i painted my spinnerbaits. they dried. got some devcon 2-ton epoxy. mixed it all together. was able to do 3 spinnerbaits and then it got so hard when i stuck my brush in it it wouldn't let go. it had only been mixed for about 3-5 minutes. the ones that i was able to do turned out good. why did it harden so quickly in the cup? please help!

i've got an older wr1 that i really like. i purchased one of thier new rods last summer fished with it maybe 3 times and then it broke in half. so i doubt i'll buy another. but i really do like the wr1 rod that i have though.

i'm wanting to repaint some of my stanley spinnerbaits. i would like to remove the old paint completely bacause they're all chipped. also would like to epoxy them. have yall got any tips, tricks, or suggestion about how to do this? is there a certain type of paint i should use or just plain old spray paint?

i finally talked my wife into buying me one. what a wonderfull wife i have!! i got the mbr784c imx and can't wait to get on the water with it.

you guys may allready have your own way of doing this but i thought i would share it anyway. easier way to get all those stands back in the collar. get an ordinary writing pen (fatter the pen the better) remove the guts. place the new band on the outside. get your strands together. slide them inside the pen. pull the band off the pen onto the skirt. works for me just thought i would share

i haven't seen it or heard of it. i was looking on berkleys site and seen it. was wondering if it was as popular as the big game mono. btw big game is what i use mostly also.

anyone used this? whats your opinion on it? i'm looking for a braid and seen this just thought i would ask.

thanks for the reply. i haven't figured this depthfinder thing out yet. so i'm not real sure what to get. i just know that i want a better one. define bottom structure better. can i get good definition out of a small one like that. it just seems like to me all the ones i see that are 320x320 or 480x480 are bigger and won't fit where i want to put it. should i do something different maybe get one one for the console. i kinda have the same problem there though. i have a lowrance x48 in the dash. i just don't want to end up with a hole in the dash with nothing there.

i'm looking for something to replace this. i want it to be in dash. is this possible? is there one made that will go here?

well i've played with this thing awhile. i figured out an easy way to tie the improved clinch. this has been the knot that i've been using most of the time. anyone have any opinions or ideas. thanks for your input.

i can tie the one shown on thier site. but has anyone got another way? maybe something quicker and easier? or do i just need to practice this a little more?

yeah i seen those rods on ebay from fatfish. seems almost to good to be true. if i purchased one from him is coverd under g-loomis warrenty? i'm kinda iffy about buying from ebay. thanks for all the info. i think im going to with the 844 imx
