  1. Stained (dirty) water and/or deep water will fade a bass to silver, too.
  2. I have not experienced any of those issues.
  3. I have been fishing Smackdown since it was introduced by Seaguar a few years ago. I think it is the best braid I have ever fished. What I particularly like is uniformity in diameter, supple and very manageable. There have been no issues with terminal or connecting knots. Fading is minimal and I have not noticed any fraying.

  5. Not giants for me, but lots of activity on a drop shot. My big fish has been a 6 1/2 lb largemouth. It has certainly become a "Magic Bait" for me this year.
  6. A day on the lake at Pickwick.
  7. Good luck!
  8. The water below the dam is the upper portion of the next lake throughout the Tennessee River system. Same on the White River in Missouri/Arkansas and the Grand River in Oklahoma.

  11. Take her for a walk before feeding her breakfast.
  12. US viewership was down almost 50%. I think that might be a better gauge.
  13. Your reels will work just fine on UL, L and ML rods, but has very little in common with BFS gear.
  14. Well, once you get popped by flying treble hooks you will understand. I don't recover any lures in trees I cannot reach...NEVER!

  17. Crawdads are a nutritional treat, but the main forage on the Tennessee River is threadfin shad (yellowtail).
