  1. i just got the Daiwa Tatula 7 foot medium reaction rod for my top-water spooks and it is by far my favorite rod i have ever used. light sensitive and strong.
  2. the prob bait is likely a luhr Jensen or south bend nip-I-diddie or spin-I-diddie depending on how old it is. fairly popular on ebay and such. I have a few of them. there def fun to throw around spawning time/just in general. gotta love those topwater blowups!
  3. do yall have any specific places you buy parts from? iv searched around on hawgtech and some others as well. just wondering opinions.
  4. just wondering if any of yall tune/ upgrade and parts of your baitcasters. if so what all do you do? do you upgrade new reals as well as older ones? just curious to see what the general consensus is. thanks a lot guys!
  5. if you were to choose between the 100H and the 1516H TW which would u go with
  6. power pro is prob my go to bc of its availability, I like suffix 832 as well but it loses its color pretty fast. my all time fav. tho is seagar smackdown however its expensive and no one around me carries it. seems to slice through the vegetation here better.
  7. just wanting get get some of yalls thoughts that might have handled these. currently have and love the tatula series but was wondering about the little older zillion line and how they may stack up. currently looking at the (silver)Zillion 100H (High Speed) & Zillion TW 1516H and I own a few of the Tatula CT
  8. I own and have thrown both. and out of the package id say I like the teckel frog more, iv had problems with the toadrunner's hooks slipping out from behind/between the legs and causing it to run awkwardly. I will also say I do like the tail of the toadrunner better since I can customize the sound I want out of it and have since swapped out the tails of my teckel frogs to the tails of the toadrunner. I find my hook up ratio better with the teckel as well.
  9. i still use these old southbend / luhr Jensen Nip I diddee's
  10. iv read that it has internal rattles already is that true?
  11. with Garmin and all that makes you think what hummingbird and even lowrance will try to do to 1 up it........ (maybe live 360?.... one can dream) a Garmin trolling motor would be pretty sweet with all the other stuff they have coming out!
  12. and Garmin just released there new live sonar also
  13. Has anyone had any luck finding these in a store? looking to purchase some rain gear and I def want to try it on before I put down that kind of cash. was maybe hoping bass pro or someplace might stock it but I have yet to see it in there. also has anyone had any experience with the carhartt rain gear as of yet?
  14. im in Mississippi and I try to wear pants and long sleeves for as long as I can stand it (which is not very long). other than that its shorts flip flops and one of the vented huk shirts that I can roll up or down as I see fit. other than that iv found the best stuff for me is a sun screen called sunbum they sell it at target here. (think its made for surfing and such idk?) but its amazing no oily feeling and no sticky or slippery hands absolutely love the stuff and im not the biggest fan of sunscreen!
  15. wonder if they will have both aluminum and fiberglass models. iv seen the teaser pics of the aluminum.
