Did anybody get any of the fenwicks yet? I may have accidentally ordered three ship to store. Free shipping. I figure I don’t have to keep them that way.

I love my 73xh exprides but the last two years my 7’7H exprides keep getting most of the reps. They cast a mile, great hook ups and a great bend to play the fish. Special rod that can be used for just about anything.

Glen you can’t change the hook on those right? It’s dipped in?

This is what got me to ask the question ;)

Do you fish an alternative bait, change the hook? Add the skirt ?

What is your favorite skipping braid ?

What weight do you like?

I’m looking to fish an application of say 20lb braid around grass on a whacky rig. I’m looking to use hi vis braid so I can detect slack like bites but I want to eliminate the leader due to the strength needed impacting the bait. I’ve seen where you can use dye markers or liquid dye. Has anyone done this and do you find it to be sucessful?
