  1. Whopper ploppers frogs buzz baits prop baits The two rods I’m looking at are 7’1 mh fast action or 7’2 mh mod. Action

  11. I’m not worried about weight rather have more line on my spool I’m a scoob lol i didn’t know if the 30 size would cast like poo cause it’s on a medium light rod or could damage the rod some how
  12. That’s what I like to hear just seen people say they like to use 1000 or 2000 size for ml rod and started think I might have made the wrong choice

That the reason why I went with the 30 size was cause of more line I could put on it and that the reel recommends 10lb braid now just wondering if maybe that the reel might be to bigger for a medium light the pole feels good in my hand just haven’t got it out to try it yet do you think it’ll cast bad?
  14. I have recently purchased a avid x and revo x spinning rod and reel. the rod is a 6’9 ml extra fast action I believe the revo x is a size 30. Was wondering if the reel will be to big for this rod? Thanks for any info!
  15. Thanks for the info I think I’ll stay away from the whopper plobber on that and just use my mojo bass for that lure I think I’m just going to use the or well try to use it for rooster and smaller jerk baits
  16. Thanks for info i brought the rod really so I could 1/8 oz lures rooster tails and jerk baits. how do think the whopper plopper 90 would work for this rod? The rod recommended lure weight is for 1/8 to 1/2 oz. the whopper plobber is 1/2 oz. I’m a scoob lol
  17. The mojo bass is a 6’8 medium extra fast action I believe and is a spinning rod wasn’t asking if the jerk bait would be fine for mojo should have put avid
  18. I have a mojo bass I use for wacky worms and senkos do you think jerk baits would work fine on the avid?
